Villa Moraira, luxury bioclimatic detached house.
In PanelSystem® we are specially proud of taking part in the building of this luxury bioclimatic detached house, located in the core of Costa Brava, Alicante, with our technology and experience. A unique construction by valencian the developer/constructor Dicam Casas Bioclimáticas which have been specially designed to take advantage of the maximum daylight and to keep an internal temperature of 68ºF all year around without any artifical heating or air conditioning.

87 Official Protection Dwellings VPPL in San Sebastián de los Reyes.
The low level of thermic transmission of our dividing wall system PanelSystem® has been decisive in the awarding of this works of 97 Official Protection Dwellings, energetic class B for the constructor Amenabar.
The construction of this dwellings, with 3 bedrooms, car park and storage, started in june 2014 but we didn’t start the dividing works until august 2015. We are equally proud of being part of this project and being able to create high quality and social nature dwellings .

Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola Enlargement.
In PanelSystem® we are finishing the works of enlargement of the San Ignacio de Loyola School in Torrelodones, wich will house the proffesional trainign modules. Another exciting project in which we are proud to take part and where the quality of our system becomes a key element of the outcome.

We are working too in the dividing wall works of 23 detached houses for the constructor Urcasa, designed by the architects b+DU.

In Torrejón de Ardoz we have recently started the works of 4 detached houses designed by Catalán y Solano architects, for the constructor Hercesa.

At the same time we are developing the dividing walls works for two different property developments also for the constructor Hercesa by architects Catalán y Solano in Guadalajara. Both of 5 dwellings each.
