In PanelSystem® we have started this second trimester of 2017 with hope the execution of thrilling projects where our interior dividing walls system becomes a key factor of their success.
Due to the growing technical needs in terms of heat transmission and acoustic isolation, PanelSystem® has become a reference in the real estate market, more precisely in the luxury section. This is the case of the 10 luxury detached houses that we are building in Villanueva de la Cañada.
A project developed by the architecture studio B+DU and built by Velasco Obras y Servicios and the promotor Laboratorio in which we have the honor of being part.
Also we are honored of working again with the promotor Gestilar and constructor Oritz in the execution of 64 dwellings in a new and modern complex in Sinesio Delgado. Developed by the renowned architecture studio Touza, this building becomes a new residential icon in a privileged area.
We would like to spot another project we have just started working on; the execution of 63 dwellings in a residential area in Alameda de Osuna. Promoted by a cooperative (Altos de la Alameda Sociedad Cooperativa), built by Avintia and developed by EAI Arquitectos, best materials have been chosen in order to maximize the energetic efficiency of the building, in which PanelSystem® becomes a key element.
