In september 2015 we communicated PanelSystem® participation in this luxury bioclimatic detached house developed by constuctor Dicam Casas Bioclimáticas. Now the pride of being part of this singular project has a double reason because Villa Moraira has been chosen finalist in the famous awards given by Breeam, international certifying authority in sustainable construction that bears its name.
This project, in wich we have put all our efforts and technology as usual, will compete for the award along with other 4 projects from United Kingdom and Belgium in March the 8th in London.
The high level of demand in the awarding of the prize by the certifying organization is the reason why this is the very first time for an spanish project to be selected as finalist. And in this selection, PanelSystem® dividing walls has played a decisive roll, because of its resistance and isolating qualities and also because of its ecological, recycling and biodegradable materials.
